Rules of 1000 Inclusive and prices of accommodation

Dear friends,
Allow us to present the new service offered by the Hotel Valdštejn, Liberec.

After further improving the accommodation and restaurant services we provide, beginning on 1. 6. 2007 we are introducing a new 1000 Inclusive service for our customers making use of our accommodation services.

This service is unique, as after paying the price of accommodation the customer receives a consumption card with 1,000 CZK credit on it, allowing hotel guests to buy food and drink worth 1,000 CZK in the hotel during their stay. This gives the customer a consumption bonus in the hotel of 1,000 CZK off the price paid for accommodation. So customers can consume food and drink as and when they wish within the hotel, from the restaurant, tavern, summer terrace, or from the bar in their room. It is really all down to the customer to decide what and how much to choose from the range of food and drink on offer.

There is no limit to what you can choose from the range on the menu – lunches, dinners and a wider range of non-alcoholic drinks, cigarettes, coffees, beers, wines and spirits from this country and abroad.

The only restriction is that from the 1,000 CZK free consumption credit, 100 CZK is always deducted for breakfast, which is buffet-style or can be chosen from the menu. The 100 CZK for breakfast is always automatically deducted from the 1000 Inclusive service provided, regardless of whether the customer actually chooses to take advantage of the breakfast option.

The credit on your consumption card is also available to your friends or business partners, who you can invite to the hotel for lunch or dinner, or for a glass of something to go with a social or business meeting.

Other services or advantages, in the case of mass or long-term bookings, can be discussed individually with the hotel manager.

10 rules of the 1000 Inclusive service.
  • Customers are entitled to draw on the total credit between 12.00 on the calendar day they take up their accommodation or the day the 1000 Inclusive service becomes available to the customer on the appropriate date of accommodation, through to 12.00 on the following day. After this time the consumption card becomes invalid and the customer is not entitled to any further services on this card.
  • Customers can settle up their bill for what they have consumed on request at any time during their stay at the hotel, although at the latest upon leaving the hotel or by 12.00 on the day after the customer's stay.
  • Undrawn credit on the 1000 Inclusive service is not refunded to the customer in monetary or other form and the customer is not entitled to any discount or inclusion.
  • Undrawn credit on the 1000 Inclusive service is not transferrable to third parties and cannot cumulate with other 1000 Inclusive credit in cases where the guest is accommodated at the hotel for longer than one calendar day.
  • Customers are obliged to pay the accommodation price in cash or by credit card on the calendar day before taking up accommodation, otherwise they are not entitled to free consumption as part of the 1000 inclusive service. If it is later found that the customer has not paid the price of accommodation, regardless of whether credit has been drawn on the 1000 Inclusive service, the full price of accommodation will be charged together with the material value of the 1000 Inclusive service amounting to 1000 CZK.
  • In the case of mass or long-term bookings paid on the basis of an invoice, the payment for the entire expected duration of the customer’s stay must be credited to the hotel’s account on the calendar day before the first day of accommodation, otherwise the customer is not entitled to free consumption as part of the 1000 Inclusive service.
  • Customers are obliged to pay for consumption exceeding the total credit of the 1000 Inclusive service (1,000 CZK) in accordance with the hotel’s valid food and drinks menu or by 12.00 on the calendar day they take up their accommodation or the day the 1000 Inclusive service becomes available to the customer on the appropriate date of accommodation.
  • No form of credit through the 1000 inclusive service may be used to pay off customers’ monetary or other commitments to the hotel.
  • If the consumption card is lost or there is any discrepancy between the information given on the consumption card and the hotel records, the information in the hotel records shall apply.
  • The hotel reserves the right to unilaterally withdraw the 1000 inclusive service at any time. The hotel draws attention to the fact that the 1000 Inclusive service is a unilateral charge-free service provided by the hotel and is a supplementary free-of-charge service offered with accommodation services. The customer is not entitled to provide the 1000 inclusive service offered by the hotel to a third party, and the hotel may refuse, suspend or withdraw this service at any time.
