Do I have to show you a vaccination confirmation or Covid test result on arrival?

Yes, the hotel staff is currently required to check that you have one of the following confirmations:

  • for private trips:
    • valid vaccination certificate or any confirmation of full vaccination
    • confirmation of COVID-19 recovery and the so-called protection period (maximum 180 days from your last test with a positive result)
  • for business trips:
    • valid vaccination certificate or any confirmation of full vaccination
    • confirmation of COVID-19 recovery and the so-called protection period (maximum 180 days from your last test with a positive result)
    • PCR test with negative result (not older than 72 hours)

This requirement does not apply to children under 12.

What time the breakfast is served?

From 7 to 10 a.m. If you have to leave a little earlier, it will be possible to find another solution with our reception staff.

Can I purchase breakfast on arrival or during my stay?

Yes, you can. The price of a breakfast is CZK 150 (EUR 7) per person.

Is it possible to pay for accommodation by a credit card?

Yes, it is. The payment is done at the hotel reception, where it is possible to pay for all services in cash, or by VISA, MasterCard and Maestro payment cards.

How much is the parking for hotel guests?

You can park your car for free in front of the hotel. Therefore, you do not pay any additional fees.

Can I stay at your hotel with a dog?

Yes, but we charge a symbolic fee of CZK 150 (EUR 6) per night for a dog or another pet.

When do I have to arrive (at the latest)?

Check-in is possible every day until 20:30 (until the end of reception hours). If you need to arrive later, please contact us in advance at (+420) 730 191 003. Once you have checked in, you will of course have access to the building for the duration of your stay.

Is there an elevator in your hotel?

We have not yet built an elevator in the hotel building, inspired by the historical period of the Thirty Years' War. :( Therefore, the upper four floors are only accessible by stairs.

From what time can I check in?

Our check-in starts at 2 p.m. Unfortunately, due to higher occupancy, we often cannot guarantee you check-in before 2 p.m. The hotel reception desk is available 24 hours a day - in case of earlier arrival we can temporarily store your luggage in a locked room.

What time do I have to leave the room on the last day?

Our check-out is until 11 o'clock. Later departures are theoretically possible on less busy dates, for an additional fee of CZK 300 (EUR 12). Regarding current availability of later departures, please ask at the reception desk or call us at (+420) 482 710 486.

Is it possible to add lunch or dinner to my hotel account?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The hotel and the restaurant are run by two different companies. Therefore, the accommodation with breakfast and your restaurant bills must be charged and paid separately.

Do all rooms have a barrier free access?

Only a specially equipped barrier free room has a barrier free access, which also gives you the access to your own entrance (directly to the first floor of the building). As the hotel does not have an elevator, the other rooms are only accessible by stairs.

Is it possible to pay corporate accommodation »on invoice« after departure?

We only allow payment on invoices to regular clients and companies that come to us regularly. Unfortunately, payment on invoice is not possible for new clients.

Can I pay for accommodation in advance, by bank transfer?

Yes, if you make a reservation and send us your billing details well in advance (at least 10 days before arrival), we can issue you an invoice with due date before arrival date.

Can we store our bikes or ski at the hotel?

Yes, you can keep both for free in our lockable ski room.

Is it possible to choose a room with a bathtub instead of classic shower?

Yes, a bathtub is available in our premium suites.

Is there a kitchenette or a kettle in the rooms?

For safety reasons, there are no kitchenettes or electric kettles in our rooms. However, we can recommend you a wide range of cold and hot drinks in a partner restaurant, which is located directly in the hotel building.
